When will I receivemy order?
Orders within Greater Cairo and Giza usually arrive within 3-5 business days. For other governorates, delivery may take up to 6-7 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Can I edit my order after placing it?  
To ensure a smooth order processing and shipping experience, we aim to prepare and ship orders quickly. While we understand that circumstances may change, editing an order after it's been placed can be challenging. If you need to make an urgent change to your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
